Q. I paid and was not taken to the download site what do I do now?
A. If you hit the return to merchant button then you should have been taken right to the download site. If you were not you also should receive an email at your address listed with Paypal that will have the download address in it. If you did not get the email then please let us know by sending us a support request. You can do this by clicking on the following link. Click Here to submit a support request. be sure to include either your transaction id or the email address you paid with using PayPal. We will then respond with the download link after we verify your payment.
Q. After paying, I was not directed to the download site.
A. Most transactions instantaneously allow you access to the download link once payment is completed by automatically taking you to the download page. However, if you pay with what Paypal considers an “E-Check”, that transaction takes 3-4 days to clear. Once it has cleared, you will automatically receive an email at your Paypal account email address with a link and instructions.
Q. When will my guide arrive in the mail?
A. Our guides are in electronic format we do not ship them via regular mail. They are available for download and printing on your printer. This saves both time and money for you.
Q. Can I pay with another method besides PayPal?
A. Our preferred method of payment is through Paypal. If you wish to pay with cash or money order, you may send the payment to Gamers Guides, Post Office Box 14814, Greenville, SC 29610 (USA). Be sure to include the name of the guide you are purchasing along with the email address you would like the guide sent to.
Q. I was taken to the download site and I clicked on the guide but nothing happens.
A. Our guides are created in Adobe Acrobat .pdf file formats. To view our guides you must have Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your computer. It is a free program that you can download from Adobe.com or Download.com. Most newer computers have it installed at the factory. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat you can also get it here.
